One of the most anticipated prospect in baseball entering the 2020 season is Wander Franco who is already making waves in the hobby with Wander Franco rookie cards being sold at a premium.

Fast forward a few years, add the hobby hype on top of that during the pandemic years, and Wander Franco baseball card values went through the roof.

But with plenty of different rookie cards available, it might be hard to choose which ones to go for. Here’s the three Wander Franco rookie cards we like best.

  1. 2021 Bowman’s Best Wander Franco Rookie Card #50

Now there’s debate on whether this 2021 Bowman’s Best Rookie Card is its true rookie card. Some will argue that it is because it meets all the criteria such as being a Rookie Card with the RC label on the card.

It initially had decent value for its base card and all the parallels, but has since come down to very affordable prices.

2. 2019 Bowman Chrome Wander Franco Rookie Card

This is the card to collect for high-end collectors. Some will argue this isn’t a rookie card but a prospect card instead.

Nevertheless, it holds plenty of value being the 1st Bowman Chrome autograph card of Wander Franco.

The Bowman Chrome brand also holds plenty of value for Wander Franco baseball card collectors,.

3. 2019 Bowman Chrome Mega Box Autograph Card #BMA-WF

Here’s another great card to add to your personal collection.

It’s not as valued as high as the aforementioned Bowman Chrome Prospect card you can get from the hobby box.

But this one available in the Mega Box has some rare refractors to chase and the base autograph cards are relatively affordable.

BONUS: 2019 Topps Heritage Minor League Real One Autograph Card #ROA-WF

For those just wanting a more affordable autograph card as a minor league prospect, this set is for you.

The Real One Autograph subset is also pretty popular with collectors.

BONUS 2: 2022 Topps Chrome Logofractor #80

This has the flagship image and it’s on the new logofractor chrome stock.

Plus the rare parallels and image variation, this card could be worth thousands.

MORE ABOUT WANDER FRANCO: He came in as a top MLB prospect for several years and eventually signed with the Tampa Bay Rays as an international free agent in 2017.

He quickly rose through the ranks of the organization’s minor league system and was named the No. 1 prospect in all of baseball by MLB Pipeline in 2020.

At the young age of 19, Franco made his MLB debut for the Rays on June 8, 2021. Franco immediately made an impact, showcasing his elite hitting ability and quick hands at the plate.

While he had an injury-riddled season in 2022, many still believe that he is one of the most exciting young players to watch in baseball and has the potential to become a future superstar.
