It’s official. After 22 seasons in the NBA, Vince Carter, aka Vinsanity, is retiring.
And what a stellar career he’s had beginning from his Rookie of the Year season in 1999 with the Toronto Raptors to becoming the 19th all-time scorer in the NBA.ard

1. 1998-99 SP Authentic Rookie Card #95 /3500
Vince Carter’s SP Authentic rookie card that’s graded gem mint is already valued in the thousands.
It’s also rare to see a serial-numbered Carter rookie card like this one that most likely adds to its value.
2. 1998-99 Topps Chrome (Refractor) Rookie Card #199
There’s the more rare Topps Chrome Refractor parallel, which is just as highly valued as the aforementioned SP Authentic rookie card.
But the regular Topps Chrome card is still fairly affordable although well-graded ones are trending up already.
The chromium stock is a nice touch on both cards (with the shine on the refractor a real beauty).
3. 1998-99 SPx Finite Spectrum Rookie Card
