Lamelo Ball might be the frontrunner in the 2021 Rookie of the Year race, but Tyrese Haliburton of the Sacramento Kings is turning heads too.

Many were surprised that he didn’t land in the top 10 in his NBA Draft (he fell to #12), but surely some teams are regretting passing on the Iowa State alumnus.

With some comparison to Damian Lillard’s play, can his rookie cards reach a similar value to the Portland Trailblazers superstar?

Time will tell. But in the meantime, here’s some of his best rookie cards to bid on or buy that are currently listed. And be sure to look for updates once the pro sets come out with Haliburton in his Sacramento Kings uniform.

1. 2020-21 Panini Prizm Draft Picks Autograph Rookie Card

One of the first basketball card product for many of the young NBA stars is from the Panini Prizm Draft Picks set.

Haliburton has a sticker autograph card that ranges in price considerably depending on the rarity of the many parallels that exist in this Prizm set.

2. 2020-21 Panini Contenders Draft Pick Autograph Rookie Card

A recognizable set with its distinct ticket stub look, the Panini Contenders Draft Pick has several image variations to collect.

Each variation also has their own parallels, which range from hundreds to thousands of dollars.

3. 2020-21 Panini Instant Autograph Rookie Card

Here’s one of the earliest sets to come out with Haliburton in his pro uniform.

While it’s a lower-end set, it does come with autograph hits and rare colored parallels.

This will definitely be more financially accessible than the higher end sets to come with Haliburton in his Kings uniform.
