It’s like getting a perfect score on a test.
When it comes to collecting, a rookie autograph card belonging to a superstar player can mean a huge boost to its value if that Black Label is given.
Take the 2013 Kris Bryant Bowman Chrome Draft autographed rookie card for example.
One that’s BGS Graded 9.5/10 like this one (click to purchase on eBay) is valued at $1,299.
This Pristine Black Label though is going for about $7,200. Sometimes it’s worth to pay the premium as it’s much more rare than the ones graded Gem Mint.
