Teacher auctions two Mickey Mantle baseball cards personally signed by The Mick himself

Here’s a great Forbes.com article about a phy-ed teacher who lost a bunch of very valuable vintage cards by fire, flood and theft that would have made him a multi-millionaire.
But he was able to save two of them – both Mickey Mantle and both signed by The Mick himself with the rare inscription, “Best Wishes.” Take a look at the cards currently available at Heritage Auctions (closing Aug. 19) here: 1951 Bowman (currently at $20,000) and the 1952 Topps (currently at $38,000).
If you don’t mind getting the unsigned version, here’s a couple on eBay for far less.
1. 1951 Bowman PSA AUTHENTIC| Bidding at $1,495 as of 1:30 pm on Aug. 9, 2017 (ends at Aug. 10, 9:26 p.m. EST)
