Out of curiosity, I thought I’d check how much the 2015 Bowman Chrome Prospect base auto (BGS Graded 9.5/10) for St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Alex Reyes was going for now since he is out for the year after requiring Tommy John surgery.
For a highly-touted prospect coming into this season with expectations he’d crack the Cardinals starting rotation, Reyes auto rookie card can be had for $50 on eBay.

VIDEO: Even professional baseball players collect

It’s good to see that even professional ball players collect baseball cards and sports memorabilia.
As in the video below of a Josh Donaldson interview, he answers questions about why he likes collecting and some of his own favorite memorabilia and which rookie card he bought first.

But I’m sure he has better access to some of these players now that he’s in the big leagues!
