Love him or hate him, New England Patriots Tom Brady will go down in history as one of the best quarterbacks to play the game.
The Pats will again look to Brady to lead them to victory as the team returns to the Super Bowl in hopes of capturing their fifth championship title.
From the days of playing backup to Drew Bledsoe to the team’s perennial MVP, Brady’s rookie card has increased with the gem mint condition cards seeing the biggest bump in value.
Here’s a few that any Patriots fan would die to have- particularly if money was no object.
From left:
- 2000 Playoff Contenders #144 – Known as his only autographed rookie card. Goes without saying, it’ll cost a pretty penny (BGS Graded 8.5 = $7,000)
- 2000 Bowman Chrome #236 – A popular brand and still readily available for collectors (BGS Graded 9.5 Gem Mint = $500)
- 2000 SP Authentic #118 (/1250) – From a limited set numbered to 1250 (BGS Graded 9.5 Gem Mint = $8,800)

I pulled a 2000 Bowman Brady from a retail pack during a road trip in Mass of all places and wound up submitting it for a 10 grade. Sold it after they won their first SB, it doubled in price by the time they won their second and I’ve regretted the quick sell ever since!
Wow no way!
