It’s a spectacular baseball card set.
The 1948 Leaf, which has some iconic cards including the Jackie Robinson rookie card, is up for auction on eBay (click link to see full eBay listing).
All are said to be graded varying from low to mid grading levels.
With the eBay auction set to end on Sept. 11, 2017 at 11:50 p.m., with about nine hours left, the bid was sitting just under $7,000.
According to the PWCC Auctions listing, the set is one of the “very few complete productions we’ve brokered in our tenure.”

I’m sure that plenty of shill bidding was involved. I mean, it was sold by PWCC, after all!
