A PSA Graded 3.5 (VG+) card had 69 bidders on eBay and ultimately sold for $27,300.
With a PSA Graded 5 card now up on eBay (click to see eBay listing), the question is how much will it sell for?
With about 12 hours left til the auction closes at 10:11 p.m. EST on Sept. 12, 2017, the bidding was already at $35,544.
While the 1952 Topps isn’t Mantle’s rookie card, it is probably the most well known to collectors.
Those graded in near mint to mint condition can easily command six figures.
