It doesn’t look like the Los Angeles Angels want to wait to sign Mike Trout, arguably the game’s best player right now, to a long-term contract.
Well, according to this article, it’s more than just a long-term contract.
From a fan’s and collector’s point of view, as long as he keeps hitting as he’s done since his rookie year, the value of his autographed rookie cards will keep trending upwards – even if he doesn’t play for some historic franchise.
