When the Topps Stadium Club Baseball Set was released some three decades ago, we considered it a higher end set with its premium photography and design.
But somewhere along the way, it just wasn’t valued as highly as other regular annual sets including the Topps Series 1 and 2 flagship sets.
So we’re glad to see a write up in this month’s PSA Magazine where they pay tribute to the underrated set (check out the free digital version here). And we were happy to contribute to the story to give more respect to Stadium Club.
Of course if you’re a loyal listener to our podcast Cards To The Moon, we’ve always been on the record saying how underrated and undervalued Stadium Club is.
So hopefully more collectors come back to the fold or at the very least, just enjoy a nice, affordable rip, and appreciate the photography and design (and hopefully snag a nice autograph card too).
