Don't sleep on Arizona Diamondbacks' Paul Goldschmidt

Maybe it was because he played in Coors Field in Colorado where the air is thin and the baseballs fly off the bat.
But no one other than Paul Goldschmidt last night hit two homeruns and cashed in five RBIs.
Screen Shot 2017-03-08 at 7.59.18 AMIt’s no secret that Goldschmidt is the real deal.  And we already talked about his 2011 Bowman Chrome Prospects base autographed rookie seeming to be really undervalued with recent ones sold at under $160 (BGS Graded 9.5/10).
The issue is still that he plays for a small market team like the Arizona Diamondbacks until the end of 2018 with a club option in 2019, which puts a damper on his card value as we discussed previously.
He’s still worth keeping tabs on and can be seen as a buy low opportunity with hopes that he’ll play for a big market team once his contract expires. Goldschmidt will still only be in his early 30s with presumably several more years to play in the big leagues.
But understandably you might feel differently if you’re a Dbacks fan.
