Jose Abreu is having another solid season with 28 home runs, 84 RBIs and batting .295 with a month to go in the season.
And he hit for the cycle last night.

Yet the Chicago White Sox first baseman seems to get very little respect from the hobby. Maybe it’s because he plays for a mediocre team this season.
But the fact that he’s on his way to potentially four consecutive seasons with 100-plus RBIs, high average, and 25-plus home runs despite his team’s record, says a lot about Abreu.
His 2014 Bowman Chrome Refractor numbered to 499 (BGS Graded 9.5/10) is only going for $59.99 (click link to see eBay listing).
A base autograph (BGS Graded 9.5/10) is going for less with one auction ending on Sunday, Sept 10 at 10 p.m. The bid as of early Sunday morning was sitting at just $30.
Here’s hoping his rookie card increases as Abreu continues to put up solid numbers hopefully for a better team in the near future.
