I might try to branch out in collecting cards I don’t normally go after like complete subsets, or auto patches. Here are a few that are available on eBay I wouldn’t mind going after throughout the year.

Any serious or longtime hobbyist and sports card collector knows that things can get out of hand very quickly if you’re not organized.
Call me a purist but if I wanted a relic card, I think I’d only want one (preferably jumbo patch) on a card belonging to a single player.
But relic cards really hold their value likely to the oversaturation of them on the market.
I could see the appeal though of having a relic card whether it’s a piece of a jersey or baseball bat belonging to one of your favorite players.
But how about cards with multiple relic patches belonging to multiple players? Is having more always better?

Back in the ol’ days, it was much easier to complete a set.
Today, there are so many subsets and refractor parallels and inserts, it’s almost impossible to complete a set on your own unless you have a lot of disposable income.
But back when I began collecting, the checklist that was issued was the only card you needed to keep track of the ones you had and the ones you still needed.
