Regardless of who you root for on Saturday, Aug. 26, it should make for one of the most anticipated boxing matches this year due to the two larger-than-life personalities in the ring.
On one side, you have the undefeated (and favored to win) veteran boxer Floyd Mayweather. And the other, you have the MMA champ and versatile Irishman Conor McGregor.
To mark the occasion, there’s the 2017 Leaf NSCC dual autograph card numbered to just 5, which is currently listed on eBay for $1,650 (click link to see on eBay).
If you’re interested in cards belonging to just one of them, the 2017 Allen & Ginter has several mini-framed autographed cards of Mayweather available for $629 here.
Or if you’re a McGregor fan, check out this 2014 Topps UFC autographed relic card numbered to 250 here currently going for $299.99 (click on link to buy on eBay).
One of these cards could very well see a bump in value for whoever is the winning boxer.

As a long time MMA fan, I hope Conor’s performance at least provides some additional credibility and attention to the sport. I am certainly not under any delusion about him winning, but my hope is that this event does not make him look as bad as when James Toney tried MMA. It’s a nice excuse for a conversation about both sports, I’ll be enjoying the fight at home from the comfort of my favorite streaming site 🙂
Should definitely be entertaining! Must see TV
