There are certainly high expectations for Bobby Witt Jr. going into the 2022 MLB season and as such Bobby Witt Jr. rookie cards are expected to have decent value.
The Kansas City Royals top prospect made the Opening Day roster to show fans early what he is capable of.
There might be some adjustments to make at the Big Show level, but his rookie and prospect cards are still holding their value.

1. 2020 Bowman Chrome Rookie Autograph Card
If Witt Jr. becomes a stud player throughout his career, it will be the 2020 Bowman Chrome rookie autograph card that sees the most growth in value.
Although some of the prices for his more rare refractor cards are already relatively high because of his potential, there might be some dips along the way as he adjusts to MLB pitching.
2. 2020 Bowman’s Best Rookie Autograph Card
Another nice on-card autograph with its share of refractors to collect is from the 2020 Bowman’s Best set.
It also has the preferred hitting stance rather than the fielding pose from the aforementioned Bowman Chrome. Plus it’s usually more affordable than the Bowman Chrome.
3. 2020 Donruss Optic Rated Prospect Autograph Card
Yes it’s from an unlicensed product (ie. no official team logos), but the Rated Prospect/Rated Rookie brand from the Donruss Optic set remains strong.
Plus it’s another nice set with an autograph at decent prices.

Some have already drawn comparisons to some of the game’s biggest stars including Alex Rodriguez, Derek Jeter, and Cal Ripken Jr. for his power potential at the shortstop position. Some go as far as comparing him to Mike Trout for his combination of speed and power.
Whatever the comps, Witt Jr. seems to have a bright future ahead of him, already showing his talent in his first season in the big leagues.
